There are 3 things in the world that bond guys together:
1) games
2) sports
3) NS
I wouldnt know much about the last one, but it seems pretty true. Just put any group of guys who have completed NS (or are still in NS) together, and they'll talk for endless hours about their NS experiences.
Sports are definitely good bonding times, most of my friends made in secondary school (i think all?) were because of basketball.. during recess always go play then make alot of friends.
AND GAMES. yes yes yes. LAN outings are the best.
today after math paper (which had an unlucky question 13. 10 marks and i had no clue how to do, same as alot of people), a whole bunch of us SA people went to go play LAN at CityHall :) There's a nice LAN shop there at peninsula plaza called IRC, can play in school uniform! haha. $2 an hour quite good rate.
Played pudge wars (i got off to a slow start, 0-5, then ended with about 50++ kills, top :p ) , CS (top frag at awpmap woot still have DA SKILL ), dota (2 easy wins, think team imba) , standard game WC3 (imba teams) ,
AND HALFLIFE
WHICH IS A FREAKING TIRING GAME.
Basically exactly like CS but when you die you just click and you spawn again and you go around trying to kill everyone else. So there's no rest!! walao damn tiring halfway my both arms almost cramp had to stretch abit.
ah so fun so fun. played about 5 hours shackshack. hee.
ok la, no school for like 10 days woot woot. laxing time.
